How far in advance can I book group rates for airlines?
Generally speaking, you can book up to eleven months out. You would have to place your deposit within two weeks of booking the group. About eight weeks before the departure date, final payment will be due.

Will I see lower rates online than the group rate offered to our group?
In some cases, you may see lower online rates. However, those rates will only be for a limited number of seats so your group will not be able to book it at that price. Moreover, if the flight gets full before your entire group makes these reservations, then you won’t be able to fly out together.

How much is the deposit if I decide to book the group rates?
The deposit is dependent on the airline that you decide to go with. In most cases, you can expect 5-15%

Most airlines will accept credit card, cashier’s check, or travel agency check. Some airlines will apply this deposit to the total amount. Others will refund this deposit after you have completed your travel.

When is the final payment due?
Final payment is generally due 6-8 weeks before the departure date.

Currently, we only book airfare for groups that share the same origin and destination. If you are looking to book with multiple origins, then we would suggest that your group members book individually.

What if I need to change the names of the people in my group?
Most airlines offer a very generous name change policy. They know that group members can be unpredictable so most will allow name changes up to 72 hours prior to departure. Usually, there is no cost for this. If you want to make changes with less than 72 hours, there might be a fee associated with it.

Can my group sit together in the plane?
If you book as a group with us, we can ensure that your group members are seated together in the flight there and back.

Will baggage fees be waived if we have a large group?
In most cases, airlines do not waive baggage fees, but that does not prevent us from trying.
