What kinds of group leads can you expect?
No group is like any other but they can be categorized into the following. As of this moment, over half the leads we get are for wedding cruises. But we do get other group types. Here is a sampling of the most common ones.
- Conferences
- Incentive Trips
- Team Building
- Weddings
- Anniversaries
- Girls Getaways
- Family Reunion
- Class Reunion
- Church Events
- Fundraisers
What are we looking for?
We are looking for cruise specialists that are familiar with the intricacies of working with groups. And that means that they are able to completely customize every step of the itinerary, provide attractive pricing, and develop/maintain the relationship with the planner.
In addition, we would expect you to be able to help planners select the right ship, negotiate with cruise companies, and work on getting the right amenities for the group.
Most of our groups are recurring business, and we expect that any business you will get will repeat provided that you are able to give incredible customer service to the entire group. And that means providing the group support before, during, and after the cruise is over.
At GroupTravel.org, every lead we send you carries the weight of our reputation
And we fully expect that you will respond to every lead within one business day. And follow up beyond that is just as important in order to service the cruise planner as best as possible.
How many leads can you expect?
Between 200-300 leads per year per group cruise specialist. As we get more leads, we will continue to look for more specialists to provide leads to. Currently, we are maintaining a waiting list.
What does this cost?
$200/month. No commissions. It might be too low but we are looking to provide more value than we charge for.
Why?
We want you to renew every year 🙂
If you are interested in becoming a group cruise specialist, email us at nusair@grouptravel.org. As mentioned earlier, there is a waiting list at this time. Once you contact us, we will place you on the waiting list and let you know when a spot opens up 🙂
