What are the Marriage Requirements in the Cayman Islands?
If you’re planning a beach wedding in the Cayman Islands one of your first steps should be researching all marriage requirements. You want to be aware of the laws before you begin all of your planning or head to the destination!
Fortunately, you don’t have to be a resident to get married in the Cayman Islands. In order to get married the same day you arrive or soon after, you need a non-residents marriage license and a letter from the authorized Marriage Officer who is officiating your ceremony.
