West Whale Bay Beach is exactly what it sounds like – a beautiful beach for whale watching! If you visit the beach in April you have a good chance of spotting whales heading north. There are also stunning views and it’s usually quiet, which makes it a romantic location.
Golfing
While the ladies of the Bermuda wedding groups are sunbathing on the beach, the guys can enjoy a game of golf on the island! Golfing is a nice way to see the beautiful views, get some exercise and have some friendly competition. The groom might even want to play a few holes to relieve some wedding day jitters!
Port Royal Golf Club is one of the most recommended courses. The location is amazing, however, the course is said to be a challenging one. The PGA Grand Slam is held here every year!
Fairmont Southampton Golf Course is another popular choice. It’s a very tough par 3 course, but the scenery is beautiful! You can rent shoes and clubs from them. A golf course is also a unique and pretty place to have a wedding!

While you’re on vacation, you should be relaxing and pampering yourself! The best way to do this is to take a trip to the spa. Wedding guests can choose to have a girls day or they can make it romantic and do a couples massage.

Gibb’s Hill Lighthouse
Gibb’s Hill Lighthouse is the oldest cast iron lighthouse in the world. Located in Southampton, it provides some of the most breathtaking views! It’s a long climb to the top, but it’s definitely worth it. Bring your cameras!
Watersports
Watersports are a great group activity because they’re adventurous and fun and can usually be done by multiple people at a time. If guests are interested in doing watersports in Southamption then they’ll want to check out Blue Water Divers and Watersports Ltd. or Pompano Beach Club Watersports Centre.
Blue Water Divers and Watersports offers scuba diving for beginners and experts. They’ll take you to see some shipwrecks and coral reefs. If you aren’t a certified diver, you can still go along to snorkel!
Pompano Beach Club Watersports Centre offers snorkel and kayak rentals as well as small boats. You can choose a glass bottom kayak to see the fish underneath you!
Nightlife
The Fairmont Southampton Hotel is where The Cellar Club Lounge is located, which is a popular nightclub. Bermuda wedding groups enjoy dancing the night away at this local hot spot!
